I used to teach almost all subjects. Follow students academic schedule n complete syllabus before exam. Also I used to make sure to revised syllabus twice depending upon students capacity. Not all are same, those students who are capable to score 90+ I do help and follow strategy accordingly at the same time those who are facing problem even scoring passing marks, I followed different strategies form the n help the to score at least 60%. Its a face not all students are same so I do make sure their parents also understand, I do keep a check on students emotions any thoughts or any situation whose bothering them, try to keep manage such a relationship where the freely share things at the same time, take me seriously so that the do listen me. I do believe being a teacher only teaching is not important we do need to take care of students mental health also.
