Exercise science is my passion. As an ACE(American Council on Exercise) Certified Personal Trainer, I help people achieve their fitness goals based on science. I am also empathetic and always try to understand my client's needs and goals without judging them. Before(and time to time) training my clients I do comprehensive strength/cardiovascular/flexibility fitness evaluation and postural assessment, so my client doesn't hurt himself/herself in the long run. I help my clients making the better decision in making healthy food choices(macro/micro-nutrients). I help my clients in losing fat, gaining muscle, increasing endurance and improving the cardiovascular system, improving flexibility & stability and assist them in preventing modern lifestyle diseases(like obesity/diabetes/hypertension/heart diseases/high cholesterol & etc.) caused by lack of exercise, sedentary lifestyle and poor food choices.
