Overview

Ashish Gurung started playing guitar from a young age. He's started altodidactically but has since completed his Grade 6 in Bass from Rockschool.
He's played in numerous bands ,genres ranging from metal,folk ,blues smooth jazz and funk rock,the prominent ones being When Stories End, Helium Heart, Squares Attached & Muses of Authority, which also went on to win 2nd place in Hornbill Rockfest 2014.
Hes since moved to Delhi to pursue his career in music. He has played with numerous artists in and around Delhi NCR and is an active sessionist.
He currently teaches music in Cyan Melon School of Music and handles bass duties for Lazy Fingers. He believes teaching and promoting good music is the next best thing to performing live.
