First of all, I want to tell you that I too have done BCA and in my 5th sem, I have done Java. Basically I was fully interested in Java, so I chosw Java. I was unaware at that time in company interviews that no one goes for only language known person. I faced interviews but all of them wanted a full package person who knew languages apart from Java, C, C++ and now I have completed MCA, I want to tell you to learn as many languages you can. In this industry, one language is not sufficient. Instead of going for Java, C, or C++, go for a fully programmed subject like go web development course where you get to learn HTML, CSS, bootstrap, PHP. That will serve as a bonus point for you if you go for a job after BCA you will be served as a full package to the company as a web developer. All the best for your future!
