I am Anviti Shiromany, a graduate of LLB (III Year) from CCS University, Meerut. I have also cleared CA Final Group 1 from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi and worked at a Mid-Tier CA Firm as an Articled Assistant and later as an Executive for 3 Years.

I am currently working as an Associate in Anoma Legal, Mumbai in the Financing and General Corporate Team. As a part of my job there I am assisting in various kinds of financing transactions such as Export Financing, Debt Issue, Trademark Assignment and Double Taxation Avoidance Agreements. I have also been assisting in the preparation of Due Diligence Reports for various clients and reviewing of transactions from the perspective of FEMA Regulations, Income Tax Act, 1961 and International Taxation under the applicable laws
