I started my journey in 2016, as I was a beginner I like every body else copied a bunch of people, after that I soon learned that I was doing everything wrong, then I took the decision to learn everything available, to become better smarter. So now all of my information is backed up by science and experience, I have progressed a lot, as in I will be competing in drug tested bodybuilding show this year. And I hope to change a lot of people's lives as I myself fell into the trap that pretty much every beginner falls into, so now my goal is to become the best coach I can be for anyone.
