I have ten years of experience and I hold a BSc in Physical Education, specializing in BPed. From a young age, I have been deeply interested in the practice of Yoga. Initially, he worked at the ISH center in Delhi as a Yoga teacher. Later, he transitioned to working in a school, where he taught Yoga to students.
My passion for Yoga has guided me throughout my career, leading me to explore various avenues for sharing my knowledge and expertise. I had the opportunity to work closely with students of different age groups. By tailoring my instruction to their specific needs, I witnessed firsthand the positive impact that Yoga can have on individuals of all ages. Guiding my students through the practice, I helped them cultivate mindfulness, strength, and flexibility.
Currently, I am focused on providing individualized Yoga classes. By offering one-on-one sessions, I can tailor the practice to suit the unique requirements and goals of each student.
My offline classes typically last for one hour and are open to people of all age groups. During these practical sessions, I combine traditional Yoga techniques with contemporary approaches to ensure a comprehensive learning experience. I strive to create a nurturing and supportive environment where individuals can deepen their understanding of Yoga and unlock its numerous benefits.
