Hello , I cleared my IIT JEE with only 9 months in hand and I never had coaching before that , It depends on whether you believe it or not , just stop thinking start solving questions (focus on two subjects only ) , prepare third one only enough to get 35-40.

Well technically you cannot fail them all , even if you did it's nothing to get worried about, 

You should consider taking some professional counselling , according to me there are few options( they might seem radical but believe me , I did IIT and I find them the best)

1- change career stream and probably focus on end goal , like a normal diploma then UPSC , or like normal diploma then MBA and plan accordingly 

2- prepare for one more year and probably change your freinds and location

3- Admission via donation route (not my advice )

Well as an IITIAN I would say that India's performance in IMO as you pointed out is the result of single focused approach of out teaching pattern , an average student preparing for IIT studies Maths , physics and chemistry at the level of Masters degree of many other countries ....but that study is not to promote liking towards the subject ..just to clear an exam.

For example of I really love maths I will probably not make into IITs or even an average institution because then I will mess up my chemistry so
