With 7 years of dedicated experience in personal training, specializing in strength conditioning, HIIT, weight loss, and weight gain, I offer a comprehensive approach to fitness and wellness. I am a certified personal trainer from the American College of Sports Medicine, with additional specializations as an Obesity Metabolic Training Specialist, Western Training Method Specialist, and Posture Correction Specialist.

My journey in the fitness industry began as a general trainer in Delhi, where a friend’s encouragement led me to pursue a career in this field. Over the years, I have honed my skills and expertise, working as an Assistant Fitness Manager at Fitness Nation and as a freelance personal trainer at Black Gym and Delhi Gymkhana. I have successfully trained over 100 clients, providing tailored fitness solutions to meet diverse needs.

I offer both online and offline training sessions, primarily serving clients in South Delhi. Each session lasts for 1 hour and focuses on practical, hands-on training to ensure effective results. My approach is centered around live, interactive sessions that address individual fitness goals and challenges. While I do not provide additional materials such as notes, I offer basic nutritional guidance to complement the training and support overall health and wellness.
