I completed my studies and Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and pursued career in Learning & development and thereafter accomplished an Executive Human Resource Management program from IIM-Calcutta.
I have more than nine years of rich and varied experience in Human Resource Management. Having experienced many difficult situations in life led me to belief that life is full of surprises and that one should be positive about whatever he/she is getting out of life. I am happily married and blessed with a baby girl. I enjoy spending time with my family & friends and cooking and writing.
I always believe in teaching with examples. I make sure that every point is well understood by the student. Also, I make sure that I never leave an unanswered query/question. I always try to share corporate experiences and approach so that the student understands the practical application of the subject. I make them understand the subject to the core and guide them how to make summary notes which will help them in revising the topics at a much faster pace.
I have been teaching, sharing my knowledge and experience with students since my graduation. I really enjoy the enthusiasm in students to learn and grow in life.
