I have trained in several different styles of martial arts including Gojushinryu,self defense and karate. I have also studied boxing and kickboxing. Familiar to taekwondo and Yoga under the Traditional Martial Arts School and Gojushinryu International Martial Arts. I enjoy the physical challenge of martial arts as well as the mental discipline it requires. I have been teaching martial arts for the past 2004 years. I started out by teaching children’s classes at my own martial art school. I enjoyed working with children so much that I eventually started teaching adult classes as well. I have also taught private lessons to individuals who wanted to learn self-defense or improve their fitness levels. I am confident that my extensive martial arts training and experience teaching martial arts would make me an excellent addition to your life.
