Hi, I’m Swati and I am a qualified Yoga Instructor from S-VYASA institute Bangalore and I’m here to help you achieve a happy and healthy life through YOMMAYA (Yoga, Meditation, Mantra and Yagya)

In 2010 I visited the school of Sri Sri Ravi Shankar for an interview of a Nursery class teacher and there I saw how very young children enjoyed doing yoga and Meditation. From here I was inspired to start Yoga which would be fun filled and enjoyable rather than a monotonous physical training exercise. Thus, started my journey into the world of Yog, meditation, mantra and Yagya. Over 10 years I have learnt and practised this art at:

• Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Dhanwantri Ashram in Uttarkashi – Yoga Teacher Training Course and Sadhna Intentive course.
