I started teaching my juniors on board since 2000. In 2006 being the leader of my flight I had to teach in and out of the aircraft. I ensured my juniors understood why certain things were done and not just do it blindly. Actually understand. I felt proud when I saw the result on board while dealing with customers. I use verbal as well as visual to teach my students. I strongly believe in my students being open with me and be able to ask me any questions.
