The course will introduce basic conversational french of day to day life. It also helps students in learning about the french culture through language while learning to communicate in day to day life scenarios. The method which is used to teach is conversational method using  the resources such as  videos , games and films and series in order to expose the students to real life language. The course aims to make the students proficient enough to understand and comprehend the language and culture. It focuses on four aspects of language learning: reading, writing, speaking and listening. Lot of audio visual material will be used in order to break the monotony of the typical language classroom and to make the process interesting for the students. The course includes constant evaluation followed by the feedback to monitor students' constant progress so that the students get the maximum learning through the course after the completion of the course. The course, hence has been designed keeping in mind the students's age group i.e. 13 -23 years so that the age difference does not hamper the process of learning the language. Thus, the course aims to develop the interest in students for learning a foreign language by exposing them to the interesting aspect of the process and motivate them to go further in that direction.
