Teaching Experience in detail in Class 11 Tuition

I tutor class 11 and 12 neet aspirants. I used to teach offline bt due to shortage of time i quit . I did MSC & BSC with chemistry. My teaching philosophy is simple as Teach like it is your last day today! Teaching is a noble profession .The twinkle in the eyes of a student when they have understood a concept you taught them or figured out for themselves how to solve a problem based on your guidance. I know the nerves of student so I can solve problem easily also I give mentorship & guidance. It depend on student. In classroom I usually focus on concept and question .If the students are happy at the end of the day, so am I. If not happy, if I must have missed something. I need to work harder to make them happy.have been teaching in the Department of chemistry, since 2020 until now. I teach both undergraduate and graduate students. I understand the importance of building strong relationships with their students. By getting to know their students on a personal level, I can better understand their needs, interests, and challenges .I use positive reinforcement to motivate and encourage my students. Recognizing and praising students' efforts, achievements, and improvements can boost their self-esteem and foster a positive I’ve had other meaningful times with students . I said meaningful . I have always treated students with respect paying attention to alll the problem. Now it is what is this is how I teach . I respect every student verbal or non verbal introvert and extrovert 🙏🙏
