Hi there. I am a yoga teacher specialising in Patanjali, Hatha and Power Yoga for the age group of 30+. I am a classical Odissi dancer as well. I started practising yoga 30 years ago primarily for weight loss and flexibility, but over years of practice has improved my overall fitness. I have been teaching for 6 years now and I have taken classes on a personal basis and in groups as well. I am adept at teaching both beginner and advanced-level students.
