Simply we can define a computer is an electronic device which takes input in the form of data from the input devices and process the data and produce output from the output devices.

1. Human effort will be reduced.
2. Time is not wasted.
3. No need of mard copy.
4. High accuracy.
ii. Components of Computer:
1. CPU: Central Processing Unit.
2. Input Devices: Keyboard, Mouse, Scanner etc.
3. Output Devices: Monitor, Printer etc.
