A sound body is a prerequisite for active meditation. Therefore, we will learn about the methods like yogasanas and breathing techniques to strengthen the body and achieve a clear purpose and goal in this course.
Yoga and meditation go together like the hardware and software of our computers. One can not exist without the other! Come let's explore the art of meditation, mindfulness together yet safe in our own space!
