" He is very dedicated towards whatever works he do, very friendly and straight forward. He will get the pulse of the students at the first meet itself which helps them to improve a lot in their career. Venkat is like a godfather to some of his pet students as far as I know and he will keep that forever. And his help tendency to others in case of education or personal emergency is above the level. He is a kind of person who can change others mood easily and make them feel very comfortable. I can compare himself with a watch which runs continuously but it will run on time but he doesn't even care about timing and all. He is reachable at any time and helps us to sort our doubts legitimately. I saw him as an example for the saying "Thoughts became things" and he proves to be. Words like teacher and trainer are not apt for him , the word "Guru" suits him a lot and as its name goes he too . "
