Hi am an MBA graduate with experience in teaching. I worked in Centum Workskills India as Skill lnstructor, a government scheme aimed to provide literacy at all segments of the society. During my tenure, handled students with different age groups and diverse topics. I was trained by the company with the ability to inspire the students for desired results in the subject teaching task, continuously monitoring the students to achieve high scores along with improving their skills and confidence to face the examination and then provide them with appropriate placement based on their potential. I always believe in pedagogical approach,my teaching method includes student involvement by encouraging them to raise topic related questions, also I conduct surprise tests to ensure their understanding level and clarifies their doubt until they are satisfied, besides this I give students subject related activities to make the class interesting and to help students have better understanding regarding the topic. Throughout my teaching I tried to invade my profound knowledge on subject to the students and had the ability to teach the subject for all sorts of students ( for those who have as there first subject and those who have not).I exhibited my excellent communication and written skills to explain the text to the students. I made use of different course books and material for teaching to give a comprehensive idea regarding the subject. As a teacher, everyday I strived to make every single student in my class feel special and work to reinforce the essential value of empathy in them.
