I am an Internationally certified Vinyasa yoga Instructor who teaches the trending Vinyasa flow yoga, Meditation, Pranayama or Breath Control, Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra, Pre & Post Natal Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga and Yoga for Chakra Balancing. I take group and personal classes online and offline. Pre & Post Natal Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga and a personalized diet would be included only for personally coached clients.
