I am a passionate, creative, organized teacher with many years of experience in the field of education as a teacher and an Administrator. At present pursuing Ph.D in English Language Teaching and hence wish to become an online tutor. <br/> <br/>As a teacher,I am aware of the students , cognition, understanding , skills and behavioral patterns. In due course of time I became an excellent motivator and made my teaching style as par with their learning ability. My shift in the methodology created a tremendous impact in the character and learning skills. Building up the confidence of the student was also one of the greatest task. Teaching and learning was a joyous occasion for both. <br/>I developed the following skills such as problem -solving skills, interpersonal skills, thinking skills, technical skills ,team coordination, organizational skills,management skills. Apart from this my focus was also on improving their performance.
