IdentityI am a fitness trainer, self-made athlete and a health coach. I trained 100+ people from across Coimbatore to tone up, get lean abs, lose fat and build a body they feel great about.
I started my fitness journey at 16. And it has been a rollercoaster ride. I went from kgs gained to kgs lost and infinite experiments and training to reach a sustainable, fit and healthy body.
