Remember when we started learning English?
We started off by learning Alphabets, then we joined Alphabets to form Words, then we joined Words to form Sentences, then we joined Sentences to form Paragraphs, then we joined Paragraphs to form a whole Chapter, and finally a set of Chapters became a Book.
So, we can say that following is the cycle of English Language:
Alphabets → Words → Sentences → Paragraphs → Chapters → Book
Similarly, we have an Accounting Cycle:
Voucher → Journal → Ledger → Trial Balance → Trading and Profit & Loss Account → Balance Sheet
