0Trigonometry is a branch of mathematics deals with the relationships between angles and sides of triangle.
Since there are three sides of a triangle, there may six combination of ratios called trigonometicy ratio.
For Example:-
Suppose for a right angled triangle p = perpendicular, b = base and h = hypotenuse,
then, the six combinatons will be p/h, b/h, p/b, h/p, h/b, b/p which are called sine, cosine, tangent, cosecant, secant, cotangent of the respective angles of the right angled triangle.
