Started my fitness career in 2008 and done state level body building competitions. After finishing my international certificate (American council on exercise) intrested in motivating my clients into a healthy life style. Fitness is not building huge muscles and having six pack abs, every thing should be done in a scientifically proven way with experience. weight loss or any fitness journey should be in long period, should not be a short term stress. i teach what i do. There is no any special or magic diet and workout in fitness. Everybody varies in their genetics and brought up. So we should train and follow a diet which can be adopted by our body.
