10 is a primary base number. A primary base number is 1 followed by zeroes. Example 10, 100, 1000 etc. For any number multiplied to a primary base we have just add zeroes.
Example:
5 x 10 = 50
Write the given number as it is in the answer as 5. And just add the zero from 10. The answer becomes 50.
42 x 10 = 42/0, 420 is the answer.
42 x 100 = 42/00, 4200 is the answer
This is vedic Maths. You can also teach like this.
