"I joined Talwalkar in 2014 with the weight of 125kgs. It was very difficult to carry out my day-to-day work with my weight and had consult doctors but they suggested me to go in for a surgery.Since I was not willing to undergo a surgery, I joined Talwalkars and took part in the losers challenge program.I was given a diet for each week which was easy to follow and multiple workouts in the course period with which I was able to lose 10kgs in a period of 40 days. And after the course I am still following the diet and the workout was able to reduce another 4 kgs and I'm sure I will lose reduce my weight according to my height. Now I am feeling comfortable carrying out my daily activities. The only thing which is difficult is that I have to change my clothes frequently due to weight loss. "
