An aspiring professional in quest of excellence, I am looking to make a mark in Indian fine arts. A Carnatic singer and Bharatanatyam dancer, I have been pursuing my passion for nearly two decades. I'm the disciple of Dr. Padma Subramanyam and completed ‘Praveshika special’ from my guru’s dancing school Nrityodaya in Chennai. I have been learning Bharatanatyam from the age of 7. I have performed katcheri's & dance programme at Chennaiyil Thiruvaiyaru, Polimer Channel, Nrityakadambini, Madhinirai Margazhi, Perur temple, Maha Shivaratri programme among others. In 2019, I founded Surabhi’s Music & Dance Academy. Currently, I'm having around 25 disciples from India, USA, Gabon, and Australia among others. <br/> <br/>I have been learning music from the age of 8 under the guidance of my gurus Ms. Radhika Muthukrishnan, Mrs. Padmini and Mrs. Srimathi Gurumurthy. I have completed B.A. Music from Tamil Nadu Government Music College, Chennai and also holds a Teacher Training Degree in Music from Coimbatore Government Music College.
