"Personal training is always a motivation to stay fit. When it comes to Stephen sir ,his attitude and punctuality makes my training time effective. He always push and motivate us to stay fit and his prompt reminders compelled me to be in the gym on time. Being in this journey he always gives a custom made excercise for me as I am having some hormonal issues. I had a couple of injuries when I started doing alone and he directed me properly on how to make each move which help in my recovery. "It was my first experience with a physical trainer. And it was awesome. He is very disciplined at the same time understands what are the weak and strong side of yours and give training accordingly. As I am a doctor my timings were never fixed and some days would be tedious but believe me his workouts and motivation is so perfect that you will never feel tired and actually I enjoyed doing it.
