I have been learning Sanskrit from the age of 4 years from my mother who is a Sanskrit Professor. I used to teach Sanskrit to my classmates in school. When I was around 19 years I taught Sanskrit to a group of Buddhist monks from Thailand. Though I had considerable knowledge in Sanskrit I did not have a formal degree in Sanskrit. So, recently I completed M.A in Sanskrit from Karnataka state open University. From the past 3 years I am teaching students online through skype and also in my home. I am also working as a Sanskrit teacher in a Waldorf school. So I have students from the age of 3 years to students of age 70 years. The more I teach, the more I learn. That is the reason I love teaching. I will be providing a set of 4 books. The first book Balabodhini is mainly for beginners who wish to learn to read and write. It also has some basics of Sanskrit speaking. Then I will teach spoken Sanskrit by making you to make sentences in Sanskrit. Once you have a fair idea about sentence making, we shall read the next book. It is a drama in simple Sanskrit. By reading it your knowledge will deepen and you will get a better hold on the language. I will also provide a dictionary. If you want to further continue your studies in Sanskrit, then I will be pleased to take much advanced classes too.
