We will be deputing our instructors to conduct the classes at your place according to your convenience.
The course helps the participants to relax and recharge the body and mind in a natural way.They learn Yogic techniques,relaxation and rejuvenation.
At home you can practice Yoga therapy treatmentfor all specific ailments such as Asthma,Nasal Allergy,Diabetes,Hypertension,Arthritis,Back and Neck pain,Anxietyneurosis,Menta Depression,Ulcer,Gastritis and Cardiac problems.
The course is conducted by Mr. G.Pathasarathi(Alias) Vishnu Das ,Founder Director of Shiva Yoga Kendra. He had undergone a Yoga Vedanta Forest Academy training course at Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Ashram, Kerala. In addition to the above,he had attended a Yoga Instructor and Yoga therapy Course at Vivekananda Kendra Yoga Reasearch Foundation, Bangalore.
