Shameer Mohamed

I am a pianist, composer, programmer and an educator who has been playing the piano for over 20 years and has over 6 years of teaching experience. I have finished Grade 8 in Western Classical piano performance (Trinity College, London) and have received awards for being the topper in my eighth grade. I have also undergone further training in piano under Mr. Brian Clarke and Mr. Aron Tringali. I also have a diploma in music from Middlesex University (London). I have recorded for and have performed with Dr. A.R. Rahman for the documentary “Harmony with A.R.Rahman” that was released on Amazon Prime. I have conducted a workshop for the finalists of the reality show “ARRived”, judged by Dr. A.R.Rahman, Clinton Cerejo, Shaan and Vidya Vox and am also featured in an episode of the renowned web series, “Creative Indians”. I have been a part of a pop/opera ensemble, Sempre Libera, which was started by Dr. A.R.Rahman and have performed in a number of high profile events. I have also been a part of the world’s foremost Seaboard ensemble and have performed at the Founders Forum in London in front of extremely influential people from across the globe like Simon Cowell, Imogen Heap, Prince William, Eric Schmidt and Niklas Zennström amongst others. I have performed with the ensemble for Dr. A.R. Rahman and the top executives of Apple from Coupertino, California and also at the Google India product launch in 2017.
