IdentityWe are an Image Consulting, Soft Skills, Leadership Skills and English Language Skills learning academy. We are specialized in training both adults and kids on varied skills and topics.
We are a start-up and currently training a few corporate organizations and educational institutions. Our founder trainers are Meyyappan Meenakshisundaram and Vimal Vaidyanathan.
Our team of trainers (including founders) have a rich experience of working with MNCs for over 15 years in different domains and having expertise in the areas of Image Consulting, Human Factors, Andragogy & Pedagogy Methodologies, Science behind Behavioral Skills, Soft Skills, Leadership Skills, Learning Styles etc.
Adult Learning:
We at Scapable understand the andragogical learning thoroughly. We help individuals self-realize and identify their potentials and areas of improvement. This way, half the work is done. During the workshop sessions, we facilitate learning and as adult learners, they become self-directed, internally motivated and ready to learn individuals. This way, the other half is completed achieving the organization’s desired results.
Child Learning - Every Child is a Unique Child:
We also have a strong understanding of the pedagogical learning - how a child grasps and learns things. We know that every child is a unique child. Hence, our methodology of training kids is always practical and kinesthetic.
