I started practicing yoga in my school days around 2001. At that time I was suffered by breathing trouble, once started practicing yogasanas, I was quickly recovered from my troubles. After that, I was fully involved in gathering articles, pictures about yogasanas. I have an opportunity to meet Mr.Balasubramaniam from arutperatral school of yoga in 2003. In this school, I was learned basic asana postures, surya namaskar, pranayama, food discipline, naturopathy treatment. After intense practice, I showed the demo in school functions. When I joined my engineering degree, I have a chance to meet Mr.Swaminathan from tamil school of yoga in 2004. He was a state level yoga competitor and yoga teacher in my college. From him I learned lot, advance asanas, naturopathy treatment. I have attended many naturopathy camp along with my master. I was participated in state and national level yoga competition and won medals. Parallely, I was joined manavalakalai mandram, their I have learned meditation and basic exercise. After that, I slowly started teaching yogasanas in my native place. In my life, yoga is the key for healthy living, I have been noticing the same from my students. I would like to share my gained experience to all.
