I've worked as general trainer for 3 years in a gym call fit and flex. There most if the bodybuilders will come and do there workout through which i gained knowledge about bodybuilding and competitions after that i joined slam fitness centre there i worked as personal trainer for a years and then i was transferred to another branch there also worked for a years in between these years of personal training i stated to done my certification and through that knowledge im giving workouts to clients based on there work,time schedule,medical history and past injuries
