I have more than two years of experience as Senior Research Associate with a robotics education startup, which caters STEM and Robotic education to various schools in Chennai, India. Being the senior technical person of the company, I have had the opportunity to lead and guide a team of 21 young trainers. My initiation and contribution in designing curriculum aligned robotics program for school kids has been a major attraction among schools in Chennai in taking robotic courses with us.

I have experience in training over 100 school students in the last 3 years on electronic development, building robots using arduino, IOT and rapid prototyping. I have also been a guide for four major projects for college students and I have also assisted a Doctoral student in developing eye ball and hall gestured robot. This experience has inculcated in me good teaching and presentation skills. I have guided my team in successfully organizing our annual robotics event (Robofest) in 2015 and 16. I also took special interest and efforts in organizing Malaysia-India Robotic Exchange Program in Feb 2016 along with MyRobotz, Malaysia. We had brought in 16 university students from Malaysia who were winners of various combat robot competitions to train Indian students on what sports are and building a combat robot. This event also saw a friendly combat robot competition between India students and Malaysian students.

With over 3 years of total working experience and strong educational background in electronics engineering acquired through Masters at Technical University of Chemnitz, Germany, I have also completed various MOOC certifications. Being a researcher in my present company has created a passion towards learning and understanding new technology which drove me to earn online certifications in various courses.
