It is excellent that you want to make a career change to the ever dynamic IT industry offering options in various domains such as :
Fintech
Analytics
Cybersecurity and Networks
Robotics and automation
Internet of things
Artificial intelligence
Cloud Services
And a lot more.

Now I would ask yourself the following:
1. What is your current skill set? (Programming languages, frameworks, etc.)
2. What are your strengths and weaknesses?
3. Are you a fast or a slow learner?
4. What are your short term/long term goals professionally and financially?
5. What is your professional network like?
6. What do experts have to say about different domains of your interest and career opportunities?
7. Which companies are offering jobs right now or will do so in a year or so?

Make a note of all your thoughts/ answers form experts/articles for the above questions and make a solid plan for your career.

I would suggest you keep your job currently while looking out for opportunities and exploring your interests.

So once you have a basic idea of the above questions, the typical methodology you should follow for career transition is:
1. For a professional network of friends/family/ experts working in the domain of your interest. Talk to them.
2. Start learning a particular core skill at least common to most of the domains. For example Data structures and algorithms, etc. [Udemy/ Coursera/EDX/NPTEL/ YouTube have lots of resource videos]
3. While you learn a skill, start working on a small side project that you can show to your potential employer (something like a pure app/ software/code/etc.)
4. Then while doing this project, you might either find it interesting or not, based on that choose to continue on that domain or move to the other.
The critical point to remember: Finish what you start!

The merits of Railways are:

1. Convenient traffic-free travel.

2. Cheaper public means of transport for long distances. 

The demerits are:

1. Some passengers ride for free leading to a loss for the Railways. This is the issue of free-riders.

2. Sometimes, the coaches are loaded beyond capacity leading to damage.

The reasons why Indian Tourism industry has bright future are:

1. More awareness about Indian culture and history amongst foreign nationals. There are lots of world heritage sites located in India.

2. Rich Bio-Diversity in India attracts many visitors to the national parks, sanctuaries, forests, mountain ranges, etc every year. Hence, there is a great need to regulate and facilitate such visits.

3. Tourism industry's contribution to India's GDP is increasing every year hence a very good prospect for the industry to earn good revenue. 

4. The rich cuisine of India has also attracted many food enthusiasts all across the world, hence making the industry develop multiple options including luxury and royal dining for the visitors.

"Transport", the word means to move things from one place to the other. With better transport routes and roadways, this process of transporting goods, passengers, etc becomes easier.  Industries run better when their products reach even to the remotest locations faster and better with the help of good transport routes and roadways. This way the economy stays healthy the way how a heart would stay healthy if the arteries are well functioning. Hence one can say that the transport routes are called basic arteries of our economy.
