Pugalarasi

Hi, I’m Pugalarasi, and I teach Mathematics for Classes 8 to 10 across all boards. I have 5 years of experience in helping students strengthen their mathematical skills, gain confidence, and improve their academic performance.

I hold an M.Sc. in Mathematics and a B.Ed. degree, which has helped me understand both the subject deeply and the methods to teach it effectively. My goal has always been to make math less intimidating and more enjoyable for my students.

I pay close attention to each student's individual learning needs and customize my teaching accordingly. One of my proudest moments was helping a student who was struggling with Math improve her scores significantly within just three months—from failing grades to a confident 50% pass mark.

During my academic years, I consistently performed well and received certifications for academic merit. My dedication to teaching also earned me a Best Teacher Award, which motivates me to keep giving my best in every class.

I prefer conducting offline classes, as I believe face-to-face interaction makes it easier to understand student emotions, encourage open questions, and build better rapport with them.

In my sessions, I follow a structured lesson plan that ensures syllabus completion well in time, along with regular revisions and practice sessions. I mainly use the whiteboard during teaching, as it keeps the learning visual and interactive.
