While there's no easy way to learn French or any language on one's own.
But the best practice would be to focus on the spoken... These can be done through activities we enjoy on a daily basis.
Listening to songs:
You can get the lyrics and try to understand the meaning, analyse the type of grammar used etc.
Like wise movies are a great support for learning new language. You can start from animated to next level as you improve your understanding.
Reading stories:
As we grew up, we would have learnt and heard lots of stories. Selecting books from the genre you're interested and trying to read them will let you explore many new vocabularies.
