Lohitha Jaikar

Lohitha has worked in the NGO sector specializing in social research in areas of Drug Policy, Budgeting for Social Welfare schemes, Education & Skilling.

She has been recognized for her research publications internationally and was awarded for her research study as the first Asian at the 8th Annual Conference of ISSDP (International Society for Study of Drug Policy). She has represented the country's drug policy at universities in Rome, Manila, Lisbon, Hongkong & Vilnius.

A Gold Medalist with a Master in Social Work and a background in Social Research and evidence-based coaching, she believes in facilitating positive change in individuals for the betterment of the self, the concern, and society at large.

Lohitha has made an impact in the lives of many individuals, professionals, and entrepreneurs through Coaching in Life Skills, Business and Management Skills, and Business Communication by applying the components of Emotional Intelligence. She has gained more than 8 years of expertise as a professional and has coached over 4000 individuals!
