I am a dedicated and passionate dancer who has been learning the classical Indian dance form of Bharatanatyam for the past 13 years. As an occupational therapist by profession, I bring a unique perspective and approach to my dance practice and teaching.

My dance journey began over a decade ago, and I have since honed my skills in Bharatanatyam, as well as other classical, semi-classical, and Bollywood fusion styles. I am proud to have successfully completed my arangetram, a significant milestone in the Bharatanatyam tradition, marking my debut performance.

In addition to my personal dance practice, I have been sharing my knowledge and expertise by providing home, online, and tutor home tuition to students. I take great joy in passing on the rich cultural heritage and technical nuances of Bharatanatyam to the next generation of dancers.

As an occupational therapist, I bring a unique perspective to my dance teaching, combining my understanding of movement, body mechanics, and overall wellness. This holistic approach allows me to guide my students not only in the mastery of dance techniques, but also in the cultivation of mind-body awareness and the therapeutic benefits of artistic expression.
