Have a teaching experience of a wide variety of population including the special population. Previously was working in a physiotherapy clinic so i am also experienced in handling condition based clients as well. I hold many internationally recognised certification such as Personal trainer, Group exercise instructor, Corrective exercise specialist, Specialist in Exercise therapy and many more. I focus mainly on setting up a proper base platform where my clients can have a clear picture on how they can carry forward their fitness journey. First priority is to set up a good posture followed by working on the stability and mobilty, then comes the muscular endurance part. Only when you can set these three right will anyone be able to contine their weight loss journey or towards their goal. Looking forward to work and make a healthy fitness transformation .
