Hello! I am excited to introduce myself as a certified personal trainer with over 4 years of experience in personal fitness training. Holding certifications from the American Council on Exercise and as a certified fitness nutritionist, my commitment to health and fitness is driven by my passion for bodybuilding.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of training 75-80 clients, sharing my expertise and helping them achieve their fitness goals. I have also contributed to the fitness community as a guest lecturer at Scholar Fitness Academy, where I've shared my knowledge and insights.
