I am fresher completed MBA HR which course will help to build my career.

Can try People soft or any other latest softwares connected to HR. Payroll, Performance Appraisal and so on.

I have experience in Muthoot Finance ltd , willing to change financial activities to HR Accounts field

Hi yes you can do HR accounts like salary calculation, provident fund, etc. Also can do some welfare schemes like revolving loan and so on.

I have completed my BSc (CS) and post that I have wroked for Infosys Bpo (1.5 Years) and after that I made a mistake and joined an institute and started working on Biometric system and its been around 3years. Now I find no growth here and I want to switch back to an MNC, and I get interview calls but when they come to know that I am working in an institute then they dont call back. Now I am totally confused what to do.

Yes I have faced the same problem. Can try in the present area of work instead of changing again your career. Going front and back may not help you to climb the ladder.
