Hey there, I'm Hariharan, and I'm 23 years old. Sports have always been a big part of my life, especially running, swimming, and cycling—they give me a lot of joy. But what really made an impact on me was rowing, which I got heavily into from 2017 until 2022. During those years, I was fortunate to compete in rowing at both national and international levels, which was an incredible experience.

Currently, I'm pursuing a B.Sc (Hons) in Sports and Exercise Science. It's quite a shift for me since my background is in commerce—I completed my B.Com(General) course in 2022. But my passion for sports and exercise science led me to take this leap. I started from scratch, learning right from the basics, because that's how much I believe in this field.

More than just playing, I'm passionate about sharing what I know and learning more about sports and exercise science. Teaching others about sports and diving deeper into the science behind it all is something that excites me. I strongly believe in continuous growth, not just for myself but for everyone involved in the sports world. Helping others learn and grow in sports is something I truly value.
