After that, as a freelancer have trained candidates in English language communications skills focusing on speaking , reading and writing . Have secured a Diploma in Guidance and Counselling from Annamalai University. Am a holder of Cambridge International Diploma for Teachers and Trainers.
With these multiple diplomas and certification I have conducted workshops and training sessions for corporate clients.
Besides having completed formal courses in guidance and counselling I have had the satisfaction of having given psychological support to those who required help. This has added an extra dimension to my training capability by helping me understand the trainees' needs.
Over the years I have been able to kindle learning in wide variety of participants ranging for primary and secondary/higher secondary school students to college students and corporate employees. This has enabled me to develop sensitivity and ability to connect with audiences at multiple levels.
