The 3P methodology of learning (Prepare-Participate-Practice) has been proven to stimulate sustainable learning. The team of experienced facilitators inspire participants to prepare. This is followed by employing a range of tools viz., theatre, gamification, specially curated activities and focus group discussions, to ensure participation.
