A man who maintain his breath can live a long life without stress and body pain . if then he can even feel his own soul in full peace of wind while living on earth . First step in yoga is to know about our own breathing level and the mistakes what we are doing in inhaling and exhaling our breath and to know how to correct it and second step is to maintain our body and control it for our willingness. And the third step is the target step the achieving step or can also said as an trapping step to our soul to find who we are. To set our mind and soul in free yoga plays a major role. These step can lead a man to the rightful one . When our breathings are corrected one can feel the enlightened body and an peaceful soul which can help them to have a relaxing great day . Then the yogasana will helps to maintain our body in strengthening and also in pain relieving . Each poses in yoga are meant for each and every parts of our body which helps us in strengthening them , or in weight loss or as an pain reliever . The more we know the more our outcomes will be .........
