Triple “O” is an employability workshop scheme launched by “AFMOI” – The training brand of “Lafors Talent Solutions India Pvt Ltd”, Chennai. AFMOI is the acronym for “Academy for Market Orientation India” the pioneers of Market Orientation Program for students in Tamil Nadu.

“AFMOI“ is also the pioneer in framing the measurable workshop for fresh graduates on set of activities a fresh graduate should perform over a time frame to increase the chances of grabbing the right job in highly competitive market .

We have been consistently rated as 9/10 in all our programs and we are evolving as a students preferred brand in the last 3 years since inception of AFMOI.

Triple “O”:

• Orient – Get yourself oriented by the 15 hours “Market Orientation Program” of AFMOI
• Out Perform– Get evaluated by our Internal Experts and External Experts and be the one winner.
• Offer Receipt – Final Winner grabs an offer.

Under the Triple “O” scheme fresh graduates are requested to enrol for our market orientation workshop of 15 hours with maximum of 25 per batch and minimum of 15 per batch. Graduates shall be trained on Market Trends, Workshop on what to do step by step over a time period to increase the interview opportunities. Graduates shall also be trained on other employability skills like GDs and PI.

AFMOI internal team shall evaluate and select the TOP 3 students based on Academics, Performance in the Orientation Sessions etc.

Top 3 students shall be put through further evaluation by the respective industry experts to select the best 1 who shall be the winner to whom one job offer is guaranteed.

Price for the Workshop (15 hours):

RS 3000 per participant + Taxes
